Reservations
a. Hotel/Resort Only: You have the option to book accommodations only, without including flights or additional services.
b. Flights Only: Choose this option if you wish to book flights without adding hotel or vacation packages.
c. Vacation Packages: For a comprehensive travel experience, you can select vacation packages that include flights and accommodations.
Payment Terms and Conditions
a. Less Than 45 Days to Departure: Vacations booked less than 45 days before departure will require payment in full at the time of booking.
b. 45 Days or More Before Departure: Vacations booked at least 30-45 days before departure can be paid in installments or paid in full at the client’s discretion. An initial deposit is required to secure bookings for clients who choose the payment plan option. Deposits are subject to each individual hotel and/or vacation package.
Initial Deposit
a. Deposit Requirement: An initial deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking for payment plans. The deposit amount will vary based on the reservation type and the vacation's overall cost.
b. Payment Schedule: After booking and paying the initial deposit, a payment schedule will be sent via email with the terms of the payment plan and the remaining balance. Final payment must be received to Zoetic Vacations no later than 11:59 p.m. 45 days before the departure date. If the remaining balance for the vacation is not paid in full by the final due date, the client’s reservation is subject to cancellation. If a reservation is canceled due to failure of final payment, any deposits or additional payments can only be refunded if travel insurance was purchased.
Price Adjustments
a. Subject to Change: Quoted prices are subject to change until a deposit is made and the booking is confirmed. This includes hotel, resort, vacation home/villa bookings, itineraries, and social media deals posted online.
Booking Confirmation
a. Confirmation Email: A confirmation email will be sent to you once the booking is confirmed and the initial deposit is received.
Changes and Cancellations
a. Change Policy: Refer to Zoetic Vacations Change and Cancellation Policy for information on modifying or canceling your reservation.

Booking Fees
a.Non-Refundable: All booking fees charged by Zoetic Vacations are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to service fees, consultation fees, and any other fees associated with the booking process.
b. Non-Transferrable: Booking fees are non-transferable to other bookings, individuals, or entities.
Payment Processing on Client's Behalf
a. Authority to Process Payments: By booking with Zoetic Vacations, you grant Zoetic Vacations the right to process payments to vendors on your behalf. This includes, but is not limited to, payments to airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers associated with your travel arrangements.
b. Payment Details: Zoetic Vacations will use the payment details provided by you during the booking process to process payments to vendors. You are responsible for ensuring that the provided payment information is accurate and up-to-date.
c. Payment Timing: Zoetic Vacations reserves the right to process payments to vendors at various stages of the booking process, including but not limited to reservation deposits, final payments, and any other payments required by vendors.
Agreement to Payment Authorization Policy
a. Express Agreement: Booking with Zoetic Vacations constitutes your express agreement to this Payment Authorization Policy.
b. Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to read and understand this policy before making a booking. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Changes to Payment Authorization Policy
a. Right to Modify: Zoetic Vacations reserves the right to modify this Payment Authorization Policy at its discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Change Policy

A change fee of $50 will be applied for each change request. The change fee is per request and is non-refundable. The change fee does not cover any additional change fees that may be imposed by the resort/hotel or airline. The $50 change fee is non-refundable. If applicable, refunds for changes will be processed according to the policies of the resort/hotel or airline. To request a change, contact us via email. Clearly state the details of the change request. We will be happy to assist in processing your request(s) and provide information on any additional fees imposed by the resort/hotel or airline. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective resort/hotel or airline. Any cancellation fees imposed by the resort/hotel or airline are separate from our change fee and are the responsibility of the guest. The cancellation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the policies of the resort/hotel or airline and if travel insurance was paid for in advance. To request a cancellation, contact us. Clearly state the details of your cancellation request. Zoetic Vacations will assist in processing the request and providing information on any additional fees imposed by the resort/hotel or airline. Guests are responsible for understanding and adhering to the change and cancellation policies of the resort/hotel or airline. Zoetic Vacations reserves the right to modify the change and cancellation policy at its discretion.
